Teams Effectiveness Model - Emotional Health Level 4
Understanding Level 4 Team Effectiveness
Level 4 - Recognition: Team members start to recognise they have choices in their reactions and behaviours, beginning to observe them more regularly and as a result they increase their range of behavioural responses and are more adaptable and flexible in achieving desired outcomes. They also begin to work with decisions and respond to changes through using all three centres of intelligence – Body, Heart and Head. They develop increased individual and collective self-awareness and begin to operate more consciously ‘above the line’ and lead by example in the choices they make.
