Team Effectiveness Assessments
In order to assess our team, we must first understand at what Emotional Health Levels I am operating as a leader. We usually have a primary Emotional Health Level we operate at and a secondary one as well. Once this is established, we can look at the way teams operate at the higher of either your primary or secondary level. Then we will look at the Teams Model to identify which Domains you are performing well at and areas for improvement. The last part of the process is to identify the development paths for you and your team.
